Old Business
-Plans for the 4th of July Parade were discussed. Comrade Bob Penwell presented.
-Status of Summer Gala Dance was presented by Comrade Jim Chase. Sponsors are noted on the Post website.
-Commander Decker proposed that the Post develop a program called the Veterans Creative Arts Program. It was suggested to us by State Senator Bill Rabon and backed by the Brunswick Arts Council. The proposal was passed by unanimous vote.
-Membership Drives
-Tractor Supply Membership Drive July 20, 9:30-2 pm
-Chamber Car Show Aug. 10, 3-8 pm. We will sell Fuzzy Peach Yogurt.
The week of July 22, we will hold a shirt/sock drive for the homeless.
– District meeting in Calabash Aug. 17, 10 am-12 pm.
