Commander Decker is the Founder and Charter Member of Post 12196 and is returning for the third time as Commander. He is a Navy veteran (QM2) who served in the Vietnam War. He is also the Founder and President of Cape Fear Voices/ The Teen Scene, a monthly online publication for creative writers.
